Chief Executive Officer (CEO); Mr. Yohanis Riek
Yohanis serves as the Chief Executive Officer of IDO, responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the Organization. In this role, Mr. Yohanis has helped establish IDO as a respected, award-winning development and humanitarian service provider, both nationally and locally.
Under his management, IDO consistently achieves year-over-year growth, expanding its funding and beneficiaries’ base by 100 percent or more each year. At IDO, Mr. Yohanis leads a multi-disciplinary team of development, healthcare, social, governance and peace building practitioners.
Yohanis oversees the corporate direction and strategy of IDO, focusing on leadership, innovation, and management bringing more than 10 years of NGO leadership, project development expertise, and executive management experience to his role with the Organization. His main interests include health, social entrepreneurship and development. Mr. Yohanis holds MBBS Bachelor Degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Juba.
Admin & Finance Manager: Mr. Gale Samuel
Mr. Gale Samuel is currently the Admin and Finance Officer of IDO. The Finance & Administration Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the IDO’s back-office operations, the effective control of its financial and human resources, and of the technical, IT and administrative systems, in order to contribute to the delivery of the organization’s overall development and humanitarian objectives.
The Finance Manager actively manages the endowment/grants to optimize long-term returns, create a consistent annual payout to the Organization’s operating budget and preserve purchasing power for future generations at Integrated Development Organization. He performs accurate budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting that enables key organizational priorities and ensures the overall financial health of the Organization. He also performs treasury functions (cash flow, working capital, and debt) to meet the Organization’s operational and financial needs and oversee its liquid assets.
Programmes Coordinator: Yeng Simon
Mr. Yeng Simon is the current Program Manager for IDO’s Peace, Advocacy & Governance unit Peace Building, Governance, Life Skills and Management Practices. Mr. Simon joined IDO in June 2016 bringing a wealth of knowledge and skill to the current position with IDO.
The programmes coordinator leads and coordinates the work of the four programs within the programmes department.
